KAEFER Bel­gium NV is look­ing for mo­tiv­ated cooperating fore­men scaffolders!

Some of your tasks

• You assemble and dismantle rack constructions at various locations.
• You provide support to the foreman
• You take care of light site-related administrative work, including: permits, receipts, etc.
• You ensure good communication between the site and the client
• You take care of the preparation, planning and organization on the site
• You supervise and manage a team of chief mechanics, mechanics and assistant mechanics
• You take care of the financial follow-up
• You are responsible for an orderly workplace where the necessary safety measures are meticulously observed.
• Work is carried out on industrial/nuclear sites, in public or private buildings

What do we expect from you?

• Extensive experience in scaffolding construction as an assistant foreman
• Safety-oriented and knowledge of financial matters
• Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
• Experience in motivating a team
• In possession of a valid full VCA certificate
