Foreman scaffolder
KAEFER Belgium NV is looking for motivated foremen!
Some of your tasks
- You ensure good communication between site and client.
- You take care of the preparation, planning and organisation on the construction site.
- You will supervise and manage a team of foremen, chief mechanics, fitters and assistant mechanics.
- You take care of the financial follow-up
- You are responsible for an orderly workplace where the necessary safety measures are meticulously observed.
- Work is carried out on industrial/nuclear sites, in public or private buildings
What do we expect from you?
- Extensive experience in scaffolding construction as a foreman
- Safety-oriented and knowledge of financial matters
- Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
- Experience in motivating a team
- In possession of a valid full VCA certificate
